**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Travel Coordinator to join our busy and passionate travel team on a fixed term role of 12 months. This is a fast paced environment, which requires great attention to detail and communication skills. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you are well organised, excellent at multitasking and able to cope well under pressure.

An administrative whiz, perhaps with some project-related experience, you’ll be eager to make your mark and add value. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, you’ll be calmly efficient and able to multi-task with flair You possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and an understanding of business travel requirements. Approachable, proactive, curious to learn and responsive in delivering, you’ll thrive where you have variety and enjoy meeting people across the team and the wider business.
- Provide a high level of travel coordination support for all Beca staff travel requirements
- Manage air/land bookings and changes in a timely manner
- Assist in facilitating national and international relocations ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
- Ability to understand project requirements and ensure travel coordination is aligned
- Act in a timely manner to complete internal client requests efficiently
- Load and maintain travel profiles, leavers/section changes in database
- Assist AUS Travel team when required
- Develop relationships with external travel agencies to facilitate domestic and international travel
- Arrange both individual and volume/project-based travel and accommodation
- Demonstrate knowledge of the industry with regards to pricing requests
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
- Navigating travel management systems (Serko and Tramada), with full training provided
