**What are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an Information Coordinator to join our permanent team, working with us to manage Redvespa’s knowledge so we have the right information for the right people at the right time.

You are the ultimate information champion and will provide technology, information support and asset management nationally. You are able to triage technical and process issues, resolve or escalate when needed, and manage communications to a resolution with a customer centric ethic.

We are seeking someone who:

- Has a passion for information and knowledge;
- Is proactive, responsive and able to anticipate needs;
- Has strong attention to detail;
- Is customer focused;
- Is technology minded and able to pick up new systems quickly.

**Experience**:

- Knowledge and information management skills
- Administration and system support (including troubleshooting)
- Asset management
