Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This position is to provide exceptional project coordination and schedule management, and also crosses over into the delivery of analytical work including:

- Providing insight and advice on operational and strategic matters,
- Identifying, and proactively managing risks and emerging issues, and developing effective responses to business challenges,
- Developing and updating project schedules, monitoring and reporting of project activities,
- Managing project documentation and utilising corporate records management systems to ensure consistency and compliance,
- Actively collaborating with your colleagues from across Toitū Te Whenua and Geoscience Australia to ensure you are partnering consistently, and that your advice is connected and customer centric,
- Identifying and resolving issues and problems that arise, ensuring they are effectively dealt with by the appropriate project team members.

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- Proven relationship building skills with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders,
- Experience in the project management of physical infrastructure projects, ideally in a public sector setting,
- Understanding of Project Management Frameworks and Systems Development Life Cycles,
- Understanding of scheduling concepts, Gantt chart development and maintenance, development of work breakdown structures and practical experience using MS Project,
- Ability to work within teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people through written and verbal channels.

**The annual salary range for this role is**: $90,000 - $100,000
