**The Opportunity**

This is a new role and rare opportunity for a dynamic, passionate, and strategically minded person to get stuck into taking Gallagher into the future. It's a unique opportunity to help grow Gallaghers organisational capabilities focused on leadership, wellbeing, and culture across our 10 regions globally.

Working with the wider group People & Brand team you will partner with leaders across the organisation to understand where and how we can better meet the rapid growth and development needs of our leaders, teams, and the organisation, whilst maintaining a focus on culture and wellbeing.

As part of our Organisational Development team, you'll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and explore new approaches to organisational development. Whether it's designing and delivering cutting-edge leadership development programs or revolutionizing wellbeing practices, your ideas will be welcomed and celebrated.

**The Fit**

You could be a seasoned OD professional looking for your next challenge or come from a more far-reaching background in Agile, Learning and Development, or People and Culture. Wherever you’re coming from, if you feel your approach to work and skills line up then we’d love to hear from you You’ll be committed to delivering high quality outcomes that balance people needs with business outcomes, along with the ability to work with an influence a broad range of stakeholder through the business. To succeed in this role you’ll also need:

- Experience in designing and delivering organisational wide L&D strategies, programmes, and initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering key strategic organisational growth initiatives, with an understanding of iterative delivery and agile approaches.
- A high level of competency in facilitation and experience coaching leaders to deliver clear and measurable outcomes.
- Leadership coaching experience and be able to effectively provide constructive feedback to support ongoing behaviour change in senior leadership.
- A curiosity that helps you to ask questions to challenge thinking and what could be possible.
- Ability to work well and keep calm under pressure.
- A lateral thinker who is open to change, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.
