As a Regional Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales volume and ranging by working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Ensure stores are well executed and maintained, meeting CCEP's high standards for product display and customer experience
  • Collaborate with customers to grow their business and ours, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Travel regularly to Hauraki and the Coromandel to meet with customers and stay connected with the local community

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the beverage industry and its trends
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
