**Business Development Specialist**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will establish relationships with new non-BOC customers to increase revenues by sales of all products and services to these customers
- Conduct sales campaigns to targeted customers to sell our range of products in accordance with marketing strategies on a daily basis
- You shall extensively generate leads, identify customer needs and ‘add-on’ or ‘cross-selling’ opportunities.Pass on sales leads to appropriate field sales representatives for closing where appropriate
- Your responsibility includes achieving agreed sales and call rate targets.Provide quotations to customers and follow-up to close the sale in a timely manner
- Positively influence the customers perception of BOC primarily through strong customer focus and selling our extensive range of products to meet their needs
- Furthermore, you will collect Market insight / Competitive activity within Salesforce.Understand the commercial decision-making processes and ensure the appropriate relationships are established and fostered to generate sales

**What makes you great**
- You hold a minimum of 2 years of field Sales experience
- Ability to work independently with demonstrated sales results
- You possess experience working with CRM platforms (SFDC preferable)
- Successful track record in sales and closing deals
- You come with previous experience with B2B Sales, business development, outbound sales, account management, or similar role highly desirable
