**About the role**:

- We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to build a culture of continuous improvement and lead retail wide business improvement initiatives that provide sustainable change and measurable benefits, whilst utilising best practice methodology. This role is responsible for the analysis of current processes, identification of improvement opportunities, and managing the end-to-end implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drive a culture of Continuous Business Improvement with a focus on both customer experience and the business benefits, sharing knowledge to support the growth of the chapter.
- Build partnerships and work with third party service providers to drive improvements that benefit both the business and our customers.
- Facilitate shared understanding of the expected value in customer experience to support prioritisation of Revenue Assurance initiatives.
- Lead out communication on initiatives to stakeholders (including SME's, Value Stream Owners, Platform owners) in a manner that advocates, supports, and builds a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on post-implementation performance to ensure initiatives achieve expected results.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a Continuous Improvement or Business analyst role
- Proficiency in high performance data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Confidence in preparing reports and presenting insights to key stakeholders up to the General Manager level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
