**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The work of the Organisational Culture Development function is to enable the delivery of Te Pae Tata by bringing together all parts of the organisation to support ‘the system' to operate at its best, to develop the capability and agility of the workforce, and to help employees understand embed and deliver on Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values and priorities. The primary focus of this role is as follows:
- to support the leadership development function to deliver excellent Leadership Development and Coaching
- facilitate organisational development and leadership programmes using a variety of channels including virtual and face-to-face
- keep up to date with best practice and innovation in facilitation approaches and tools in both face to face and digital environments
- work with wider organisational colleagues and the Te Whatu Ora Leadership Development Institute to identify opportunities for improvement in the way content is delivered.

- Advanced facilitation experience (in the range of 5+ years) in a facilitation role within a learning environment.
- Experienced Public Speaker.
