**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The work of the Organisational Culture Development function is to enable Te Whatu Ora to operate at its best, whilst developing the capability and agility of the teams and leaders to deliver on Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values, and priorities.

The purpose of this role is to:

- support leadership development that aligns with organisational culture and development goals
- work collaboratively with external providers to ensure quality delivery of leadership development programmes
- provide coaching and mentoring to leadership practitioners in the wider organisational development team
- monitor and assess the effectiveness of leadership development offerings and make recommendations for improvements.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Several years' experience (in the range of 5-10 years) in developing and implementing leadership development within a large organisation.
- Extensive knowledge in all areas of organisational development including learning styles, adult learning principles and leadership models.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A track record of delivery and the ability to drive progress in complex environments.
- Can influence across various stakeholders and is an engaging public speaker
