Due to their continued growth, they have an opportunity for Human Resources Administration Coordinator to join their team based in Christchurch.

**THE ROLE**:
To oversee Christchurch HR Administration, along with the HR Administration team, in line with requirements of National Office, including all legislative requirements. Provide value while adding support to the business, through connection, outreach, and operational best practice.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Degree or Diploma in business administration, HR or another related area.
- 3+ years' experience of working as an HR / Admin Team Leader, or in a similar leadership position.
- High level of competence in the HR / Payroll administration space.
- Experience with office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Sound experience with office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Knowledge of financial and facilities management principles.
- Good practical experience with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong analytical mindset.
