The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our passionate and collaborative People team.

As a critical member of our team, you will build strong partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to our rapidly expanding global technology business unit.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute on a range of HR activities such as performance management, compensation, career development, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally
  • Ensure standard HR support is provided to foundational activities for the teams you support
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and projects
  • Coach managers to enable team effectiveness and leadership alignment within your remit
  • Support culture and talent outcomes in collaboration with the People Success Lead
  • Foster a collaborative and inspiring team environment

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role within a global setting
  • Applicable experience in a handson HR generalist role, previous HR management experience would be advantageous
  • Sound working knowledge across HR disciplines such as compensation, ER, diversity, performance management, and employment law in a global setting
  • Exceptional professionalism, stakeholder management abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Effective analytical thinking, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong global and cultural awareness, and a commitment to upholding ethical practices in all your actions
