The role:
Due to our graduate progressing to the next exciting step in their career, we have decided to introduce a HR Coordinator role. You will be reporting into to our Human Resources Business Partner, providing support to our HR, Recruitment, Health and Safety, and Learning and Development functions.
Make an impact with your adaptability and attention to detail in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all HR Administration duties such as, creating employment documentation, letters, variations and personnel files
- Assisting with the Induction and Onboarding of our new team members by enrolling new employees into our systems
- Assisting with the ongoing development and coordination of our systems and processes
- Preparing monthly dashboard and ad hoc reports as requested
- Fielding general queries from members of the TDX team
- Assisting the wider People and Safety team with their administration needs
We are ideally looking for someone:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motived and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Able to prioritise tasks and happy to juggle multiple tasks when required.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and enjoys navigating and developing these.
- Proven strong administration background with 5 years+ experience.
- Ideally someone who has worked in Human Resources before but this is not a necessity.
