Join us in Christchurch as our newly appointed People Coordinator, a pivotal role providing essential administrative support across the People Experience (PX) team This role is your opportunity to contribute to the heart of our organisation, involving key responsibilities such as:

  • Coordinating critical people processes
  • Contributing towards important projects within the People space
  • Contributing towards updating existing and creating new policies
  • Maintaining our HRIS (IntelliHR)
  • Managing our virtual PX Helpdesk and addressing incoming requests
  • Managing employment agreement variations and coordinating exit processes
  • Responding promptly to queries from managers, kaimahi, and the PX team
