**This means you will have**:

- A background in communications, media, writing, or marketing.
- The ability to work at a fast pace with a high level of initiative and energy.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and drive business objectives.
- A passion for writing, with skills in creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Experience in managing projects/campaigns
- The capability to bring fresh ideas and initiative to our communications strategies.
- Willingness to be present in the office and collaborate closely with the team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Craft compelling blogs, press releases, and other written content to demonstrate our innovative projects.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to enhance our brand storytelling and PR efforts.
- Oversee and project manage communications initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
- Draft targeted communications, including pointed letters or submissions to the government and other stakeholders.
- Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on communications activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all channels.
