**About the Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a resilient Service Administrator to join our family. This is a role that is multi-faceted, full of variety, with no two days alike This position is fundamental to the cohesive and efficient running of the warranty process and will see you providing support to our Service Centres, Merchants, Tradespeople, and end users of Rheem and Peter Cocks products.

You are an initiative-taking individual who can think on your feet and enjoys a challenging, fast paced environment. You will be managing the logistics around warranties and service requests, processing claims, answering calls, coordinating between departments across the business, updating records, while still delivering exceptional customer service. Attention to details is key and excellent time management will allow you to effortlessly wear many hats while you juggle your daily tasks and own the warranty process.

**About You**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Great customer service skills - you must love dealing with people
- An understanding and experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP would be highly regarded, with a strong proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy, a self-motivated, people person with a level of energy, proactiveness, and dedication that is infectious
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven time management, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and a positive team player, being flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
