Great opportunity to work for our not-for-profit client, whose main focus is to provide people with disabilities access to an array of services designed to make life easier and more meaningful. This organisation has been around since 2002 and works with more than 13,000 disabled people and their families across the wider Auckland region from Mercer to Wellsford.
As a Service coordinator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to bot internal and eternal stakeholders, and to ensure quality information is provided, to enable us to provide the best possible service.
**2-month temporary contract**
**Pay rate: $27-$28 per hour**
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all administration activities relating to service delivery are carried out promptly, effectively and efficiently
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are maintained and accurately recorded in all required mediums
- Undertake reception duties, ensuing security and health & safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate meetings as required
- Assist with the completion of the day
- to
- day facilities operations including security swipe administration
- Maintain printing, stationery, courier, beverage and induction materials
- Booking meetings and organising travel when required
Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years
- experience in administration preferred
- Experience working in Health /Disability sector
- Highly organised and competent Intermediate Microsoft suite skills
- Excellent communication skills and well presented
