**Robotic Process Automation Engineer**

2degrees is re-engineering how it creates value for customers in the digital age. To do this, it doesn't just involve changing how our customers interact with our digital channels, it requires digitisation of our service operation to automate activities and processes - ultimately delivering a customer-first experience. As an RPA Engineer at 2degrees, you will operate as an intermediate to senior developer in a cross-functional team, help drive the process automation programme and also have the opportunity to explore emerging technologies.

**Here's what you'll do in this job**:

- Design, develop and test RPA/IPA solutions for business processes across the organisation
- Liaise with the product owner and architects to explore and suggest appropriate technical solutions to achieve the required outcome
- Ensure that relevant technical strategies, standards, and practices are defined and applied correctly in the adopted RPA/IPA platforms
- Mentor others on the team to help grow their technical capabilities
- Be part of a devops agile team that is continuously challenging the status quo
- On-call duties: Monitor and trouble-shoot issues/incidents (including but not limited to on-call issues) and coordinate with respective support teams to resolve software and hardware issues.

** And here's some of the different things you might also do**:

- Kiss rush-hour traffic goodbye - because we embrace flexible working.
- Get smarter while munching on a marmite sandwich - because we do lunchbox learning sessions.
- Call your friends and tell them what a great job you have
- because we'll sort you out with a discounted phone, unlimited calls & texts, plus 15GB of data every month.

**Show us your different sides too**:
With extensive experience and a successful track record in end-to-end delivery of IPA/RPA/RDA or conventional automation solutions, you will have expert team-player skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate. You will have solid experience in development and programming (preferably in Java/.NET (C#. VB. Etc) and SQL). UiPath experience and certification is highly desirable, as is an interest in emerging technologies and an understanding of intelligent automation tools.

You consider yourself expert working with agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and pride yourself on your ability to analyse, understand business problems and deliver through process automation solutions.

**Sound fair? Let's chat.**
