**Our Support Fund Administrator role might be just what you’re looking for.**

We want an invigorating go-getter, keen to get their first taste of working life, to help us deliver awesome customer service to our clients and members. You can expect to be:

- Ensuring the processing and peer review of allocated tasks is completed accurately.
- Responding to enquiries from internal teams with respect to transactions for the schemes the team administers.
- Responding to or forwarding all direct and internal enquires to the appropriate Scheme Administrator.
- Completion of daily and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Contributing to the overall team morale by maintaining professional and positive working relationships with work colleagues and adhering to Mercer policies and procedures.

**We’d love you to**:

- Have NCEA Level 3 or equivalent.
- Have some basic computer skills using Word, Excel (or not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn).
- Be enthusiastic, have a ‘can-do’ and positive attitude.
- Show initiative and be curious.
- Be able to manage your time well and keen to learn

**About yourself**:

- Strong client focus with an ability to effectively manage client expectations.
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Proven financial services experience or someone that is highly motivated to develop a career within the finance sector.
