The Customer Information Request (CIR) team manage requests for information held by Oranga Tamariki under the Privacy Act 2020.
The team provides an essential service to current and past clients, their families and other authorised representatives, enabling such stakeholders to access the information held by Oranga Tamariki - Ministry for Children.
The Advisor will be responsible for providing high quality insight, advice and support to the Manager of the CIR team on a wide range of matters including strategic, organisational and operational issues.
The Advisor will maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the needs of the team are well represented across the organisation.
The role is primarily based in Wellington with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week. The Customer Information Requests team has two sites, one in in Wellington and one in Palmerston North.You may, on occasion, be required to travel to Palmerston North.
