**The Opportunity**:
**As the National Warranty and R&M Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the warranty processing functions and maintain (R&M) activities of the company across its three branches. This is a full-time permanent role located at our Tauranga facility.**

**Your key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- **Assist dealers and branches with warranty claim processing.**
- **Submit claims electronically or manually to manufacturers.**
- **Escalate and resolve problems.**
- **Become an expert in warranty T&Cs for all franchises.**
- **Identify improvement opportunities with management and technical teams.**
- **Support dealers and branches in R&M claim processing.**
- **Review R&M balances annually for challenges.**

**About You**:
You will offer previous experience in a warranty environment in the heavy transport, automotive or related industries. A strong mechanical background or knowledge is essential to succeed in this role. You will have accurate data entry skills and you will offer proficiency in the MS Office suite. Ideally you come from a similar role and looking to expand on your skillset.
