Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.
**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**
We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time experienced Administrator. Hours for this position are 40 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be part of our Microster Team (Roster to Pay time and attendance system) and be responsible for training all Microster transactors and keeping them updated with refresher sessions and assist Microster administrators with workflow processing and rostering and pay queries

- Proficient in Microsoft suite & Strong Administration skills
- Payroll experience is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to clearly communicate when training new roster users
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Ability to work autonomously
- Health sector experience is Desirable
- You will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively with your colleagues in a challenging and fast paced environment and you'll be able to multitask
