Te Pare ō Toi are transforming into a ‘Change engine' for Toi Ora. As part of our development, we have a new opportunity for Pou Matua Takitaki.

**What you can expect day-to-day**:
If you have a proven record of proficient administration practice in health or social care and have a desire to contribute to the values of Hauora ā Toi, then this role is for you. The role will deliver administration to the Te Pare ō Toi Senior Leadership team's strategic operations and provide professional leadership and support to Te Pare ō Toi Administration Team district wide.

This is a full time role across both Tauranga Moana and Whakatane, working 32 hours per week.

**The role will be responsible for**:

- Acting as the point of contact between the Te Pare ō Toi Cluster Leaders (Senior Leadership Team) and internal/ external business partners
- Delegate service requests and operational correspondence to the wider leadership team as appropriate
- Coordinate Cluster Leadership team meetings and take minutes
- Coordinate regionally for Te Pare o Toi Cluster Leaders across both Tauranga and Whakatāne site
- Support professional leadership for Te Pare ō Toi Administration Team, across both sites
- Support the implementation of Te Pare ō Toi models of care
- Championing and supporting Toi Ora knowledge and competence within the workforce.

**We are looking for**:

- An administrator with 3+ years' experience in similar senior administration roles
- Advantage to be familiar with health sector or with iwi organisations
- An organised and business savvy individual capable of working autonomously and within teams
- Experience of office management systems and proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Demonstrates, exudes, and embeds behaviours consistent with He Pou Oranga Tāngata Whenua and the BOPDHB Manaakitanga values.
