**Mōu | About you***

As a Principal Change Analyst, you are a member of the Ways of Working & Change team. You hold collective accountability for maintaining and enhancing technology services while implementing and supporting our Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora priorities.

You provide critical analysis and guidance to ensure that we're delivering successful business change initiatives and strategic outcomes. You will work in an environment that provides a centralised capability of guidance and coordination of the change activities undertaken within the overall change landscape of Sector Digital Channels.

You will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader Ways of working and change in co-ordinating the E2E project pathway for Sector Digital Channels and the business areas it supports.

- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in change management and analysis in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of change management and analysis techniques.
- Ability to extract and analyse information in order to identify, evaluate and communicate change risks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills required to investigate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analytical and enquiring mindset, with a willingness to ask probing questions to understand the underlying information.
- Demonstrated intuition and the ability to balance good process with the need to make clear decisions in demanding situations such as priority service outage.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight timeframes and manage competing priorities while remaining resilient under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to prioritising work to meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and influence professional working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to explain information in a way that is readily understood.
