**Mōu | About you***

As a Lead Support Analyst you are a senior member of the Application Services team within the Sector Digital Channels group.

You will have an important job in supporting and mentoring the Support Analysts in the team, assisting with their workloads and priorities, and being an escalation point for issues and roadblocks. You will also take on responsibilities when the Application Services Manager is unavailable.

- Demonstrates experience in a business/systems analysis, or comparable analytical role, with an associated high level of knowledge and skill in core aspects of analysis and solution development.
- Demonstrates proven successful analysis experience in complex environments.
- Has proven experience working alongside multiple stakeholders.
- Has practical experience in software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Has practical experience in understanding, analysing and documenting business rules at their various levels.
- Demonstrates successful experience in managing a portfolio of work involving multiple and concurrent deliverables.
- Demonstrates excellent relationship-management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and influence professional working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to explain information in a way that is readily understood - including the development, management and communication of technical documentation.
- Has proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates previous experience in working constructively and proactively within a cooperative team.
