**About the role**:
This position offers the opportunity for future progression within our teams at Genesis Energy. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with one of New Zealand’s largest energy suppliers who has a strong future focus on community and sustainability. With 50 free hours of power a month (Increasing to 100 hours after 12 months with the team) this will help in keeping your Winters warmer.

**The hours are between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster**.

We have great teams’ leaders who build a fun and caring environment which encourages team collaboration and support. This role is based in our Hamilton office. Once training is complete, and you are able to demonstrate your abilities, there are opportunities available for hybrid working.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Prior experience working in a customer service role would be ideal
- Reliability and a passion for the work you do.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, and excellent active listening abilities.
- The ability to empathise with the customer to problem solve, providing the best possible resolution for the customer.
