Job Description

We are looking for a customer minded superstar to join our team and walk the talk of providing the best customer service to our customers across the Warehouse and Warehouse Stationary online stores

This Customer Service role differs from most in that we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.

As a Customer Care Specialist your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing customer enquiries with a strong resolution focus.
  • Building rapport with customers by active listening and a mirroring communication style.
  • Adapting from phone to email when required.
  • Running efficient case management and follow-up within agreed timeframes.
  • Keep up to date with processes, procedures and products to ensure accurate information is provided.

This is a fixed term opportunity from 21st October through to the 2nd February 2025

As a retailer we operate 7 days a week. This role will involve working 40 hours a week across 5 days, weekend days

Our hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Qualifications

To succeed and feel at home, the successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you'll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on.
  • Computer literate with a strong eye for detail
  • Up for the challenge of working to target and KPI's
  • Adaptable and of course passionate about our customers
  • Most importantly, a can-do attitude
