**About the Company**:
Villa Maria is a family-owned winery recognised globally as an icon of the New Zealand wine industry. Villa Maria has a rich history of producing world-class wines and we take great pride in sharing the very best of Aotearoa New Zealand to over 60 countries around the world.
The Channel Manager -On Premise will be responsible for driving growth and improving share of business for the overall On-Premise channel in New Zealand. You will be directly responsible for the overall strategy, key account management and key customer management.
**The Role**:
This is an opportunity to step up into a broad and all-encompassing channel role that represents one of New Zealand’s best known wine brands - Villa Maria.
**About You**:
Further to the above you will have:
- Experience in managing pricing & margin delivery, coupled with commercial negotiation skills and financial acumen.
- Practical knowledge of the On-Premise commercial environment
- Highly organised - plans and prioritises well and manages time to focus self and others on the most important activities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- High integrity and values-driven
The stage is set for a On Premise Channel Manager to come in and make a genuine impact for the Villa Maria brand nationwide.
