**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

The role works with clients, the Solora team, provider networks and funders by managing all service delivery enquiries and any issues to ensure all processes are completed in a professional, efficient and confident manner at all times.
- Maintain and build excellent Client relationships
- Referrals received are entered and processed accurately, in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet referral and admin processing requirements in a timely manner.
- Ensure contractual and operational goals are achieved according to the service requirements.
- Document customer complaints, compliments or any clinical or operational issues in line with Solora quality improvement process.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and data entry for all client contact

- Previous experience in administration or customer service experience
- Exceptional client focused approach and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in the field of health, including community health services
- Experience with the patient management systems and client contact experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Capability to build relationships with key stakeholders/clients at a senior level
- Thinking skills and ability to look at the long-term big picture while managing day-to-day decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a team and as well as autonomously and under pressure
- Knowledge of community health or rehabilitation service delivery would be desirable
