**About the role**:
The Administration Officer role is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Members of the Employment Relations Authority (ERA), the ERA Support team and members of the public.

The Administration Officer will be required to deliver results in the following areas:

- Reception
- Responding to Phone enquiries
- Receipt and bank fees
- Creating records and managing information and documentation - both electronically and paper
- Schedule meetings
- Contribute to event management
- Provide administrative and basic IT support as required.

**This is a challenging role where attention to detail is paramount**
