About The Role
This role involves managing the writing of employment contracts across Australia and New Zealand and supporting the ER Advisory Manager in with employment relations cases, projects and administration. We offer you continuous learning, and the chance to make a real difference to our People & Culture team.
The role can be base in any of our ANZ locations and there is the option to partially work from home and you will need current working rights as visa's will not be provided for this role.
**In this role you will**:
- Produce of letters and employment agreements for our employees across Australia and New Zealand
- Support the ANZ Employment Advisor Manager to deliver high-level service, which demonstrates clear value to all stakeholders.
- Provide support to the advisory function (Employment Relations and WH&S) including working on projects, routine administration and adhoc request.
- Ensure governance, compliance and best practice is consistently applied to all tasks.
- Promote a culture of engagement and fair treatment for all employees.
- Respond to requests for advice within an acceptable timeframe.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and Innovation.
- Provide guidance to the Employment Relations Administrator, including:
- Overseeing day to day work
- Provide constructive, regular feedback and formal reviews to Improve team capability
- Share relevant knowledge, experience and ideas with team members with the aim of building team competence
What you will bring
- Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance.
- A keen focus on process and process improvement
- Ability to frequently interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities.
- Keen interested and knowledge in human resources
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Professional phone manner.
