Auckland City, New Zealand Douglas Pharmaceuticals Full time

**The role**

We are looking for a Research & Development Coordinator who will be the, glue, cog and ambassador of our fabulous Research & Development team.

You will be at the centre of our Innovation building to ensure it is running efficiently, is cleaned to a high standard (pharmaceutical standards are high) and is stocked and prepared, which isn't a chore, trust me, it's beautiful

You will provide quality administrative support to the team and some executive support to our Chief Scientific Officer. You will arrange meetings, functions and Business Updates and all the things that come with that - invites, room bookings, meeting minutes, catering, organising collateral, hosting and on-site visitor inductions.

You will own document storage and files, online and physical, in accordance with our regulatory requirements. You will create engaging presentations, templates and documents and manage ordering and stock levels for stationary, uniforms and anything else the building or team may need.

You will be the travel agent for the team - arranging flights, accommodation, travel insurance etc. You will raise, maintain and receipt purchase orders and do reconciliations and submissions for payment - coordinating a vast budget.

Like most Coordinator roles, you will have a number of balls in the air at any given time, you can juggle while standing on one foot, spinning in a circle and telling a joke - this is how you roll.

**You will be/have**
- An **ADMINISTRATIVE** guru - you will know the importance of great systems and processes and how essential being planned and organised in your approach is. You will be on top of all things administrative.
- An expert **COMMUNICATOR** - you will be an open communicator. You will communicate with ease at all levels and be just as competent verbally as you will in writing.
- ** CURIOUS TO LEARN** - our industry is fascinating, you will want to learn, you will ask questions, have initiative, want to give stuff a go.
- A **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** mindset - you have an eye for seeing where improvements can be made and how. You have strong attention to detail, you care about quality.
- A **COLLABORATOR** - you will like working with others, being a part of a strong team, and bringing people together to achieve goals.

You will be confident, resilient, you can solve problems, make decisions and work under pressure. You will multitask like a star, be self-motivated and be a practical and logical thinker.

**Are you ready to be a part of it?**

**What we offer**
- To work with amazing brands that are leaders in their space.
- Be a part of an exciting growth journey in an organisation that values its people.
- Belong to a great team that looks for meaning and impact in all we do.
- THRIVE Wellbeing programme.
- Five weeks leave from your sixth anniversary.
- Career growth - we relentlessly develop our people and promote internally.
- Life and income protection insurance.
- Discounted products from our consumer and nutraceutical ranges including Clinicians, BraveFace, Bio Oil, Nexcare, to name a few.
- An opportunity to have real influence and impact.
