**Job Description**:
In response to ongoing growth, the opportunity has emerged for an energetic People & Talent Manager to become a part of the Wynn Williams team. This is a newly established position, offering you the opportunity to make your mark by shaping and enhancing the HR and Recruitment function to address pivotal people matters.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this hands on role will see you work in close collaboration with the leadership team to execute people and culture initiatives that align with the company's purpose and overarching business objectives. This role has one direct report, and you'll play a key role in leading Recruitment, the Graduate and Summer Clerk programs, coordinating L&D initiatives and offering practical and business-orientated guidance on HR related matters.

**Qualifications**:
We are in search of a positive and visionary HR practitioner who thrives on partnering with the business and delivering results through people that have impact and add value. Key qualifications and capabilities include:

- An appropriate degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated HR experience and the ability to think beyond day-to-day HR responsibilities
- Strong recruitment expertise, with a flair for building proactive pipelines of talent
- Ability to build impactful working relationships with Leaders to ensure all HR initiatives drive significant business value
- Experience in building leadership capability and high performing teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with people at all levels
- A proactive and authentic approach that fosters an environment of openness and trust at all levels of the organisation
