We are seeking an experienced Manager Wellbeing, Culture and Learning to join the People Experience team at the Ministry of Justice. This role is responsible for leading a portfolio of streams including Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity, Leadership, Talent, Employee Experience and Enterprise Learning. You will provide strategic leadership of the design, development, and implementation of strategies and frameworks related to these areas, to support our people in having a great experience at Te Tāhū o Te Ture.
You will need to have a minimum of 10-15 years' work experience, ideally across a wide range of organisations, including the public sector. Relevant graduate degree qualification or equivalent level of experience working in a leadership role is essential. You must have a commitment to the wellbeing of people, and an ability to lead incorporating te Ao Maori into work practices for better outcomes. You must have the ability to influence and effectively engage with stakeholders across a wide range of professional disciplines to achieve desired business outcomes.

**Salary Range**: The appointing salary for this role will be between $170,202 and $238,638 based on skills and experience.
