The Front of House Administrator will be the ‘go to’ person providing general administration and customer services support across the many different teams within the business.
- Convenient Auckland CBD location
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- Competitive hourly rate
- Starting ASAP for 3 months, potential to extend

The key duties involved in the role include:

- Handling of telephone and face to face enquires appropriately and if necessary directing them to the appropriate person
- General administration duties including, courier, mail opening and distribution, photocopying and filing as required, letter heads printing
- Maintain office equipment arranging support and maintenance when required
- Meeting and greeting clients, and organising meeting rooms
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a generalist administration and customer servicing role
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
