We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated person with the capability to be the “go-to-person” for anything and everything around ICT services, based at our client

**Years of experience, solution experience, skills/experience required**:

- 2-4 years experience
- Onsite support experience managing desktop/laptop/mobile fleet
- Able to communicate with people onsite and over the phone and provide support and resolution to their issues and queries
- Good understanding on office tech which includes printers, meeting room equipment, Wi-Fi, peripherals, networking equipment
- Ability to manage tasks, priorities and escalations using relevant skills and experience with technology and people
- Takes initiative and able to go the extra mile
- Go getter/ high achiever
