**About You**:
You will need to be a bit ‘hack’ and a bit ‘Formula 1 mechanic’. In this job you might start out as the former, but you’ll end up as the latter.

You will:

- Have a broad knowledge of IT, electronics, networks, RF, circuits etc
- Know how to engage with users and provide them the correct support in the best way at the right time
- Know how to build it from the ground up and have the skills and certs to prove it
- Let’s be honest - you’ll be able to make things happen that others can’t
