**About the role**:Link Pharmacy is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Key responsibilities include:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Set sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including pharmacy technicians and retail pharmacy assistants.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality and product offerings.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Oversee daily sales operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- **Market Expansion**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute plans to enter new markets, both domestically and internationally.
**The person**:We prefer the person who has:
1. Relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification major in Business;
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills and can do attitude;
4. Ability to establish and maintain connection with clients;
5. Great skills and desire to work in a team;
6. Relevant working experience is desirable.
