**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to develop and oversee and grow relationships with key clients, on a national scale. You will be responsible for setting and achieving annual sales targets. Customers are our number one priority; your responsibility is ensuring that our customer requirements are met in a timely manner, placing the customer at the forefront of all decision and actions to exceed expectations.

Additional key responsibilities:

- Identify potential areas of growth, including cross selling or upselling products to existing customers.
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with wider sales team to ensure maximum growth.
- Establish and maintain a call cycle frequency to optimise customer experience and maintain appropriate customer contact levels.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed through.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing and future business needs.
- Ensure reporting is up to date and accurate (meetings, calls, opportunities etc) and provide monthly KPI reports to customers where agreed.
- Attending industry events; tradeshows and networking events to aid in the development of new business revenue.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a strong communicator that can demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making.

Additionally, you will have:

- Great interpersonal skills and have great customer service ethos.
- To be a creative thinker, solutions and delivery focused.
- Relevant qualification and/or proven experience working in a relevant sales / account management role.
- Have good business acumen and comfortable dealing with business owners and senior managers.
- Ability to prospect, establish and build new customer relations.
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
