Sealord is a global seafood enterprise with a world-wide fishing, processing, and marketing network. Sealord retains its home base in New Zealand and has led the seafood industry in the careful and sustainable management of fish and seafood resources.
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated person to join the Export Sales Customer Service team who are collectively responsible for managing the end-to-end “order to cash” process that support our export markets.
PRODOC (Trade window) is the system used for managing the docs process within Sealord and Infor M3 is the ERP system underpinning this process. Experience with this or other similar systems is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- To be able to remain calm and focused, whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
- To be able to contribute to process improvements.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- To be process orientated & a logical thinker.
- The ability to identify team knowledge gaps and fulfil training needs as necessary.
- Previous experience in preparing and managing Export documentation processes is essential.
The work hours are 40 hrs a week with some personal flexibility considered. At times these hours may vary depending on when orders are required to be shipped.
