Customer Service Specialist

We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate and dedicated team, in our city centre based Christchurch office. You would be our first port of call for all customer enquiries, concerns and requests.

This is a permanent, full-time position, hours and days of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities include
- Striving to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Handling enquiries from multiple contact channels to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Following policy and procedure

Are you the right fit?

Having a customer-centric focus, a love for building a genuine rapport with a diverse customer base and strong skills in negotiating is a MUST

It is important you bring a high level of accuracy, can multitask, problem solve and have strong verbal and written communication skills. This role, from time to time, may also have the opportunity to be involved in our collections team, so we're looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and use their initiative to tackle the workload

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive level of remuneration.

Applicants for this position should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Language**:

- English (required)
