The Opportunity


Looking to be part of a supportive and collaborative environment? Our Christchurch branch is seeking 6 Service Specialists to work within the Service Team.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are willing to help from an administration capacity.

We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and who can step in and hit the ground running.

Your ability to think outside the square, willingness to turn your hand to anything, and initiative are key.

This role plays a pivotal part in providing support to Branches, largely data entry and administration. You will be enabling the brokers and branches to operate efficiently and effectively and be part of a diverse team where there is ongoing development and support to encourage you to perform at your best

About You


We are open to people from all backgrounds however it would be advantageous to have worked in an office environment and have a strong passion for customer service.

To be successful you must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ideally, we are looking for people that want to grow and develop with the business.

To be successful in this role you will display:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent typing ability (minimum 40 words per minute) with high accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and met deadlines.
