This is an outstanding new senior leadership opportunity in a market leading national business where you get to use your strategic agility and proven customer and business experience to drive results and make an impactAs the leader of a new team of dedicated customer professionals focused on our B2C channel, we need you to:Drive the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of the end-to-end customer experience strategy that aligns with Rockgas' strategy;Ensure consistent, high-quality service at each touchpoint of our customer journey, driving customer retention and growth, satisfaction, and loyalty;Profitably grow the B2C channel and optimise the financial return, customer growth and retention, and the effective management of the Rockgas/outsource arrangement.Let's talk about you:You are a rare breed of leader who can demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial judgement along with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. You have extensive experience as a senior leader in customer and/or business development roles in retail and/or B2C, with a proven track record of driving and delivering successful customer strategies, performance, great process, and tangible results. You will also be able to demonstrate achieving success through managing an outsource partner and prior experience of being able to be hands-on as well as strategic.You are an outstanding people leader and coach who loves supporting and enabling others to develop and grow and enjoys celebrating their successes. As well as being comfortable with complexity, you strive for continual improvement and thrive on delivering exceptional results in whatever you do.
