**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

**This role is a six month secondment, open to current Te Whatu Ora employees, to support local Supply Chain teams with the onboarding of Districts onto Oracle/FPIM ERP nationally. The role would act as a mentor to local supply chain teams and provide hands-on support as and when required during and post Go-Live of the FPIM solution in each respective district including but not limited to Hawke's Bay, Nelson/Martinborough, Lakes and Tairāwhiti. The role requires onsite and remote support therefore availability to travel is essential.**

As FPIM Supply Chain Support you will support local District teams with using FPIM solution to:

- Process inwards and outwards goods
- Receipt supplied orders in a timely manner
- Review stock levels and scan items for replenishment
- Process Sales Orders
- Process preference lists (procedure packs) including picking, packing and delivering (if applicable)
- Manage and set-up new sub-inventory locations
- Support the label printing and distribution process
- Identify and troubleshoot inventory related master data issues
- Assist with cycle counting and associated inventory adjustments
- Process stock returns
- Support the Purchase Order Workflow
- Monitor and act on overdue purchase orders
- Assist with EDI Monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support and undertake reviews of min/max stock levels
- Manage run outs and changeover to new or replacement stock
- Manage temporary alternative stock items
- Monitor stock rotation and expiry dates
- Control physical inventory management

**Mōu | About you**

You will have a 'can-do' attitude that actively supports and identifies solutions for the customer, you will be enthusiastic about engaging, planning and developing ideas for continuous improvement while in this role, and and you show initiative to work unsupervised.

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent, and you will have demonstrated experience engaging with people across a varity of seniority levels, and working effectively in a team environment to support others during times of uncertainty and change.

- To enable you to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who is adept and equipped with:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Inventory Controller, Store Person or similar role
- Demonstrated experience using the supply chain functionalities within Oracle/FPIM.
- Understanding of current supply chain process in a District with Oracle/FPIM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
