About the role
The role will answer to the National Supply Chain Manager and will focus on providing support to the national Logistics team in achieving standardised GMP compliance, efficient processes and procedures.
- Drive the establishment of standardised processes
- Support the business with the coordination of Import/Export activities
- Develop and review of supply chain policies and procedures
- Assist the Logistics team with all aspects of the Quality Management System
- Support Logistics on Supply Chain systems and processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function
- Lead and or participate in specific projects to implement required processes or procedures within NZBS Logistics teams.

About you
To be highly considered for this role, you will need to bring to this position;
- 5 years' experience in a logistics environment with experience in inventory management
- 2 years' freight forwarding experience, gained in NZ. Imports, exports, airfreight and sea freight
- Highly developed computer skills including ERP systems
- Analytical thinker - can use data to drive operational improvements
- Ability to motivate others
- Advanced Excel skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to analyse information and use data effectively to inform decision making
- Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, accreditation, licensing and health and safety requirements.
