**The Ro**le**

With an exciting pipeline of projects across our Claims supply chain for both motor vehicle repair and home and contents claims settlement, we are focussing on improving the customer experience by optimising how we work, and you will be responsible for managing some of our **Home and Contents** supplier relationships and performance.

This opportunity will see you accountable for contract and supplier relationship management programmes, including the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the supplier onboarding, management and exiting activities for preferred suppliers
- Manage home and contents supplier performance for assigned categories to achieve customer experience and cost improvements
- Lead regular supplier review meetings to drive optimal performance and realise contracted value
- Lead competitive commercial processes including RFx(tender) process, commercial and contract negotiation, and contract execution,
- Manage supplier risk assessments to ensure supplier compliance with IAG requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier relationships and processes through understanding supplier operating models and processes and claims teams requirements.
- Report on supplier spend and usage

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience with managing supplier relationships and performance or account management
- Experience in the preparation, negotiation, renewal and management of commercial arrangements and contracts
- Analytical with strong stakeholder management, organisation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with high attention to detail
