Manager - Strategic Asset Management - Advisory - Auckland

What will you do?

In our team, we will work with our clients to identify and better understand their problems, and respond in a way that allows them to either deliver better services, or deliver them more efficiently.
- Lead projects and ensure that the milestones and deliverables are met, including financial KPIs
- Demonstrate solid commercial nous
- Ability to actively support with business development initiatives, both through building client relationships and developing proposals
- Utilise quantitative and qualitative techniques to assess complex business problems, formulate and test hypotheses to arrive at data-driven recommendations
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients, to help improve performance and realise organisational objectives
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans, methodologies, deliverables, and business development initiatives
- Have the opportunity to advance your career through a track record of delivering consistently good outcomes for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate various industries
- Proven experience leading people and projects (or the desire to)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
- Curiosity and interest in immersing yourself in client organisations to learn about the way they do business
- A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance, Engineering, Science, Law or a related field
