Please note this role can be in Auckland, Wellington or Hamilton

**What will a day in this role look like**:
+ Working in a consultancy environment providing technical strategic advice for asset management to our clients across New Zealand and Australia

+ Contributing towards a diverse portfolio of asset management projects including Road, Rail, 3 Waters, Aviation, Universities and Hospitals.

+ Development of Asset Management Plans with client organisations across a variety of disciplines including Transport, Buildings, Civil Infrastructure and Rail.

+ Leading Asset Valuations and Maintenance in Design reviews for our projects

**Qualifications**:
What are we looking for from you?

+ 5+ years professional experience in the Asset Management sector

+ Sound knowledge and experience using relevant Microsoft Office packages, highly regarded would be proficiency in the use of PowerBI

+ Experience in the use of asset and information (data) management systems such as RAMM, Maximo, Infor, Assetfinder etc.

+ Engineering based Diploma or Degree
