**What you will be doing**

In this 12-month fixed term role you will be supporting the Project Manager and working to unlock the next wave of customer and efficiency improvements in our performance and our ability to make quicker and better decisions, you will ensure information flows freely within and between teams and stakeholders.

While working closely with a range of stakeholders you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the day-to-day progression of the project by reporting and tracking activities and processes to ensure the core project management team have accurate information.

**What you will bring to the role**

With demonstrated experience in a related field and a relevant tertiary qualification you will be a clear and influential communicator who is collaborative and adaptable.

Along with your assertive and proactive approach, strong planning skills and resilience you will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with managers, teams, and stakeholders, you will be able to confidently share best practice information and promote the project goals.

**Skills and experience you need to have**:

- 3+ Years in a related field
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Be a collaborative team player
- Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite
