**He aha te mahi? What’s the role?**:
Grower Relations act as the bridge to the kiwifruit growing community - cultivating trusted relationships, engaging on industry issues, and providing insights into and out of Zespri. Within this, Zespri’s Grower Support Services Team is the first point of contact for general inquiries for a broad range of stakeholders (e.g. grower, shareholder, postharvest, contractors). The team purpose is to create a personalised, professional service to our Growers and Industry by providing value and making a difference through every engagement we hold.

The Grower Support Services Team Lead purpose is to set the framework and lead the team to foster strong connections between Zespri and the kiwifruit growing community to create a two-way dialogue that supports growers and meets the needs of Zespri.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Establish and maintain the role of the Grower Support Services team to be the front door for Zespri’s connection to the Kiwifruit growing community
- Receive and manage queries through to resolution and deliver a high standard of service
- Lead the front line interface of grower administration processes
- Lead the establishment of training processes to build team capability
- Effective people leadership to establish a positive and constructive team culture

You will have strong customer service experience with a “can do” attitude and meet the following selection criteria:

- Experience working in customer service is essential
- 2-3 years’ experience leading a team is preferred
