- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**About the Role**

Based on our client’s corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Hospitality and Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery role. This is a key role in our team, supporting the functions of our service across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin. This is a flexible role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces.

**Main Duties**:

- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Meet and greet visitors
- Delivering milk
- Replenishing fruit, kitchen consumables, copy paper, and recall bins
- Setting meeting rooms
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
